[poppler] Poppler 0.12 release schedule (again)

Hi, this was the original 0.12 schedule

 * May 11 (Today) Poppler 0.11.0 (0.12 Alpha 1)
 * May 25 (+2 weeks) Poppler 0.11.1 (0.12 Beta 1)
 * June 8 (+2 weeks) Poppler 0.11.2 (0.12 Beta 2)
 * June 22 (+2 weeks) Poppler 0.11.3 (0.12 RC)
 * July 6 (+2 weeks) Poppler 0.12.0

We could accept new features until Beta 2. Afterwards it's just bugfixing.

The fact is that i just released 0.11.1 today, that's 4 weeks later than it 
had to, i'm sorry about that slipping but real life got in the middle and you 
started to contribute patches like mad :D

I know i still have to answer about: 
 * XYZ white point correction patch
 * pdftopng
 * Cairo and Qt4
 * PDF reflow

So lets redo the schedule, i'm proposing 

 * July 14 Poppler 0.11.2 (0.12 Beta 2)
 * August 4 Poppler 0.11.3 (0.12 RC)
 * August 25 Poppler 0.12.0

Still accepting new features until Beta 2
