[poppler] Poppler under Qt 4.5 Windows

I'm new on Poppler and have some might a stupid questions.

1) I have downloaded Qt 4.5 with creator Qt SDK 2009.1 (RTM)
2) I Alsoe Donwload Poppler 10.4
3) I'm using Windows Vista
4) How i can put poppler PDf Rednering widghed in my qt project.

Please Prvide Step By Step Instruction.
