[poppler] Installing poppler libraries for use with Qt 4.5.1 in Windows XP

Hello everyone,

I am building a pdf viewer using Qt and poppler, i was able to get it
working in ubuntu 9.04(where i can install poppler using synaptic manager)
Now, i need to make this application run on Windows, i have installed Qt
4.5.1 and downloaded poppler-0.10.6 source files, i don't know how to
compile them...
please help me out in getting these libraries for windows...
