[poppler] [PATCH] JPEG support for pdftoppm

Hey folks,

I added a -jpeg switch to pdftoppm. It's heavily based on the -png 
switch, I was more or less just copy&pasting replacing libpng with libjpeg.

Maybe you can use it.

It's not heavily tested, but it seems to work fine.

Open issues are:

- Properly integrate error handling
- Add more options (such as JPEG quality)

I may add those myself if I find the time.
