[poppler] Images slow and memory insane

Ok, done*; https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32064. Looks
like there's certain PDFs that causes this, and possibly linked to big
background gradients?

* And by done, I mean the PDF fails; "The file you are trying to
attach is 1095 kilobytes (KB) in size. Non-patch attachments cannot be
more than 1000 KB. " I've uploaded to my website and provided a link.

Ahem. Well, I did have a look, but my C-foo is weak (been 15 years),
the doco's, um, wanting, and time sparse. However, I shall persist and
see if something obvious pops out. :)
