[poppler] compile poppler on windows

Hi,All

I want to use poppler on windows with Qt4.
my environment is
Cygwin
Mingw.
Windows Vista

I do not find any howto or any document about how to do this?
did someone else asked the same question and got solved?

and if so,will someone kindly forward the mail to me?
