[poppler] API changes from 0.12.4 to 0.14.0

I will do a diff and see which API changes..

Can you build APIs index in the future version of poppler?
Like "Gtk+ Reference Manual" http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk/stable/
It will build a index for NEW API at bottom.

Then downstream developer will save much time to binding new APIs.

What do you think?
