[poppler] compile poppler on windows

Hi,

Actually,I can not found much documents about poppler.
I do not need howtos about ./configure,make and make install.

I just want to build poppler for qt4.and I do not know which configure
options I should turn on/off.
and which libs I should install before building.

I tried to build myself and failed and also searched the mail archive and
found little valuable mails(most people just complain that porting poppler
to windows with mingw is a nightmare... )


so do I need to turn some options on/off,
and which libs do I have to install first?

anybody can give me a hand?
