[poppler] compile poppler on windows

Thanks for your suggestion!!

I tried the development version of poppler.
but I am  not familiar with Autotools(Seems the Autotools of Mingw
environment also has some problem...)

I typed :
autoconf
automake
./configure

is the above command sequence right?
