I think that poppler-data is for CJK users to transcode the original encoding in PDF files to their localized encoding. And, it's normally installed in "/usr/share".
My problem is, sometimes, there are still some PDF files with all Chinese words missing(indeed, just left "blank"). How to deal with this? Any suggestions are welcome. Thx.
