[poppler] CJK characters are not displayed

Hi all.
Many might be on holiday.
But I reported a bug and a patch for it.

when you come back.

I've found that CJK characters are not displayed in some environments.
This problem is caused by an incompleted font selecting 
behavior using fontconfig.
