[poppler] LaTeX hyperref package \href{file:dah.pdf#bookmark}{} link to (\hypertarget{}{})

Thanks Albert,

I had tried it but it did not work in poppler - wondered if I had done
something wrong. Here are two documents. If in same directory,
document doc-01.pdf links into doc-02.pdf, confirmed working ok in
Acrobat Reader.
