[poppler] Kerning pair information help

The only kerning which shows up in a PDF stream is the positioning
specified by the T operators, including the numeric values in any
array passed to TJ as well as the args to Td, Tw, Tc and ".

(Note that PDF creators could change the /Widths array of an embedded
font's font dict instead of using complex text splits and Td or TJ.
I doubt that anyone actually does, though.)
