[poppler] Poppler 0.17.2 (0.18 Beta 2) released

Heads-up that we've improved on rotation and font-extraction/layout
significantly for pdftohtml since the last patches were submitted --
thanks to Stephen Reichling and help from an anonymous white-knight
contributor. I'll submit more patches in the next day or two, and attach
them to the font-extraction bugzilla ticket 39385.
