[poppler] Beta 3 release status

Hi all, tomorrow is the supposed day for 0.18 beta 3.

Of the 6 items listed in the todo:

2 have been commited:
 * [Bug 38586] support text rotation
 * pdftocairo

1 is not a feature (so can be introduced later):
 * BOM and endianness of poppler::ustring class

1 is in regtest process (looking good)
 * Creating PDF with poppler ?

1 is yet to be finished:
 * Form-Reset and Print [patches]

1 is yet to be code reviewed:
 * [Bug 39385] pdftohtml: add image and font extraction

Since we are already ultra late with the 0.18 release i am proposing to 
postpone the yet to be finished and the yet be code reviewed to poppler 0.20 
(that is supposed to be released "only" 3 months after 0.18 is released).

Obviously i do not care about the patch yet to be finished to be delayed (or 
otherwise i would not be suggesting this) so Josh, what do you say about 
delaying a bit the release of your patch?

I understand that you would not care much either since it seems you are 
already using it internally, right?
