[poppler] Other stuff about pdftohtml (was Re: Beta 3 release status)

Not very clear yet, but yes, the thrust of it is to compare the visual
representations, likely starting with pixel-wise difference statistics.
We'll probably also include something to ensure that coalescing is getting
better instead of worse.
