[poppler] Pdftohtml background colors don't match pdftoppm

Hi Albert,
I couldn't upload the pdf because it is a customer's, but I did some digging and found that the difference in colors was due to the images being generated from different versions of poppler.
16.4 and 18.1. Updating both machines to the latest version solved my problem. I guess there was a change to how colorspaces are handled between these versions. I hope this post is useful to anyone with the same issue.

Which poppler version are you using? Which command line options are you using?
Which file are you running pdftohtml on?
