[poppler] tagged pdf based on poppler

Hello, everyone on poppler.

I am Sunho Park.

These days, I am trying to implement reflow text functionality (tagged pdf)
based on poppler.

I am not meaning PDF to HTML functionality. I am meaning real reflow text
functionality.

I really need this functionality and have to implement this.

But it is not easy to me because I am almost novice to poppler.
And PDF Spec is too tough to me.

Is there anyone who implemented reflow text functionality (tagged pdf) based
on poppler.

If so, please give me any ideas or share codes.

I will really appreciate it.
