[poppler] Support for cairo rendering with cpp front end?

I don't understand the question. CairoOutputDev.h exists in the poppler/
directory, I didn't make any changes to it. What I would like is for the cpp
interface (in the cpp/ directory) to make use of the existing CairoOutputDev
for rendering the page image.
