[poppler] Poppler 0.16.7 released

Changes against the 0.16.6 release:
core:
 * Fix memory leak on documents whose Catalog has no Pages entry
 * Check Catalog is a dictionary before using it (KDE Bug #274888)

utils:
 * pdftohtml: Do not crash in links without action

This will probably be the last 0.16 release since i will be getting my 
regtesting machine back in two weeks and then will be concentrating in all the 
backlog of patches to regtest I have for 0.18.

Testing, patches and bug reports welcome.
