[poppler] poppler-0.18.1 poppler-glib.pc borkage (patch)

Seems this came along with
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/commit/?id=50adbed183e9bf70eb4c41e8858cf464c3042e45

where $GLIB_REQUIRED and $CAIRO_VERSION doesn't get populated into poppler-
glib.pc (and friends) properly.  Patch attached.
