Otherwise, please explain what the problem is, in some detail. Is the program 
not linking, not running, not providing the right results, or are you not sure 
where to start?

If you aren't really familiar with C++, perhaps you can just use the pdftohtml 
converter provided with poppler. Its a command line utility.
