[poppler] [PATCH] per-collection fallback for missing CID-keyed fonts on Win32

Hi,
Here is the revised patch to current git head, 4e940b14a6fddde9a1714976ff8045e26cbf7d40 .
It will work for the case that Win32 platform has no market-specific CJK fonts (SimSun,
MingLiU, MS-Mincho, Batang) but has a generic fallback font "Arial Unicode".
