[poppler] When converting the attached PDF to HTML, formatting is lost, color of images is different and some images are missing

Hi,

I just started using pdftohtml.exe and came across a few issues.
Is this a known issue in pdftohtml or are there any command-line arguments
that can resolve this issue?
I have attached the input PDF and output zipped HTML.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
