[poppler] When converting the attached PDF to HTML, formatting is lost, color of images is different and some images are missing

Hi,

Thanks for all your replies. Finally, I found the root cause of the issue. I
was building pdftohtml.exe without libjpeg and hence the -fmt jpg option was
not working for me and -c/-s options were not creating any images. Now, its
working just fine.
