[poppler] regarding qt dependency

Qt is just needed for the qt4 frontend within poppler. Therefore you only need 
it, if you want to use poppler with Qt. Otherwise you can configure poppler to 
not build the qt4 frontend. If you use CMake, it's just an option, you can 
check within the CMake gui.
