[poppler] regtest: create-report command

I've just pushed a patch that adds create-report command to the
poppler-regtest utility. It works similar to the run-test command, but
it iterates over the output directory collecting information about
test results.

I'm very bad writing html, so the output is pretty simple, but still
more convenient than manually looking at the results directory. Any
patch to improve the html output would be of course very appreciated.
