[poppler] Cross compiling to arm problem

Changing LDFLAGS to
LDFLAGS='-L/home/islamhassan/Development/embedded_linux/buildroot-2012.02/output/staging/usr/lib
-L/home/islamhassan/Development/embedded_linux/buildroot-2012.02/output/staging/lib'
gave me this:

checking whether the C compiler works... no
configure: error: in
`/home/islamhassan/Development/embedded_linux/poppler/poppler-0.20.1':
configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details

 config.log is attached.

I have libfreetype.a, .la, .so, .so6 & .so.6.8.0 in
"/home/islamhassan/Development/embedded_linux/buildroot-2012.02/output/staging/usr/lib"
and freetype2.pc in
"/home/islamhassan/Development/embedded_linux/buildroot-2012.02/output/staging/usr/lib/pkgconfig"
