[poppler] if you have trouble building on Mac OS X 10.7.3

In case anyone has trouble building Poppler after doing the recommended "update" to Lion 10.7.3, the latest Xcode app no longer has a /Developer directory, so with my version of cmake, I had to manually create this link:

/Developer -> /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer

Hopefully this is just a cmake issue that will be fixed.
