[poppler] Release of Beta versions of "GNU/Linux distributions for differently-abled people"

This is to inform you all that CDAC has released *Beta versions of **GNU/Linux
distributions for differently-abled people

This includes distribution for Visually Challenged, Cognitively Challenged
and for Physically Challenged People.
