[poppler] [help]How to compile Poppler Library on Windows?

Dear All,
I am working on Windows with Qt+MSVC2010，I need to compile Poppler library for the project, but I still can not build it sucessful, so does anyone has experience for building it? Could you please share your experience about it? Many thanks in advance.
