[poppler] pdftohtml bug

I want to report a bug of pdftohtml programm.
I dont know why i had to be in the mailing list or what excactly that
means... i was just looking for a way to contuct the developers of pdf to
html

I developing an application on Qt Creator that will generate XeLaTeX code
for interactive
pdf and html lessons. I want my programm to use pdftohtml, but i realized
that every time
the font size change, pdftohtml generates a big white space.

I also show that this happens and sometimes when it finds a hyperlink.(in
my pdf).

If i am in a wrong place... please tell me where to report..
