[poppler] PDF editing operations

Does poppler support re-writing a PDF with any other changes yet, like
re-ordered pages, or cropped pages, or modified document metadata?

Also has anyone gotten the Qt 4 binding working with Qt 5 yet?  The
first obstacle seems to be that cmake doesn't know how to find it yet.
