[poppler] Poppler 0.23.3 (0.24 Beta 3) released

WARNING: This is a unstable release, it is actually 0.24 Beta 3 release, it 
should work like any release from the 0.22 branch, but do not blame us if it 
turns your Phone into a brick.

Changes against 0.23.2:
core:
 * Annotation improvements
 * Fix crashes on malformed files
 * TextSelectionPainter: Draw glyphs after selection background
 * TextOutputDev: add a method to TextPage to get the selection as a list of 
words

qt5:
 * Initial Qt5 port

qt4:
 * Windows compile fixes
 * Demo: Allow the choose the page rotation

build system:
 * Fix mingw build
 * Minor autotools fixes

Release schedule is
 * Jul 15 - Poppler 0.23.4 (0.24 RC) 
 * Jul 29 - Poppler 0.24.0
We only accept bugfixes now.

Testing, patches and bug reports welcome.
