[poppler] [Patch] Added support for QT5

Hello everyone !

As some of you already know, I worked on porting Poppler in Qt5.

Everything should be working fine *except *for the *make clean* command.
This command will remove* qt5/src/poppler-document.cc* and *
qt5/demos/documentobserver.cpp*. I did not find how to fix it, maybe
someone will know how to.
