[poppler] Branch 'qt5' - CMakeLists.txt

And I have a similar error on Arch Linux, where Qt5 and qtchooser are
already available as packages (although qtchooser requires some
configuration to work properly).

CMake Error: File /home/rutledge/src/poppler/poppler-qt5.pc.cmake does not
exist.
CMake Error at cmake/modules/PopplerMacros.cmake:47 (configure_file):
  configure_file Problem configuring file
