[poppler] Qt5 port ready

So thanks to a tip from Hib i got the autotools part working, so from my part 
is ready.

What has happened is:
 * Copied qt4 code to qt5 folder and made compile
 * Arthur backend copied to qt4 and qt5 folders
 * dropped deprecated stuff from qt5 frontend

Got it compiling with autotools and cmake in Ubuntu (qt4 default and qt5 non-
default) and Arch (qt5 default and qt4 non default)

To see the diff
  git diff origin/master origin/qt5 

Anyone care to review/comment?
