[poppler] Small bug in XRef.cc

Hi all!

I'm on the way to translate part of the poppler code to Java, and during 
that I encountered a small Copy & Paste bug in XRef.cc (Java is a little 
bit more restricive in some cases :-) )
Here a patch for it.
