Attached to bug #64816 [1] there is a patch that adds a “-struct” flags
(and a “-struct-text” flag) to “pdfinfo” [2]. Once applied, we could use
“pdfinfo” to dump the document structure. I could make sure that the
output is stable (for example making it so dictionary items are printed
in the alphabetical key order) and then the output could be used for
regression tests as well.
