[poppler] patch to speed up HtmlOutputDev

Hi,

A while ago I wrote a small patch to speed up HtmlOutputDev when the pdf
uses pattern fill. I've attached it to bug
73400<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73400> and I'd
like to get it into a poppler-release.

Is attaching the patch to a bug enough or should I send my patch somewhere
else?
