[poppler] Standard security handler version 4.x support

Hi,

I've got some trouble trying to open encrypted pdf file with poppler. It
looks like pdf uses standard security handler 4.3, but poppler doesn't seem
to support it (only 1.2-2.3 and 5.5 according to sources). I just wanted to
ask if there's some serious issue with version 4.3 for it's not yet
supported by poppler?
