[poppler] Issue with transparent form elements

According to specification: additionaly, the same kind of array is used for /IC
element of the following Annot Subtypes:

/Line,  /Square,  /Polygon,  /Polyline

These are *not* covered by Petr's patch. We do not have any document good to
test these. Anyone else?
