[poppler] Czech characters are not appeared in Okular, Evince after filling form line of PDF

Now a bugzilla is under maintenance, so I can't find that. Anyway, I 
wait when it works again.

Do you know if this bug is solved? Then I will send a request for update 
of poppler 0.30.0 and I do not need to compile it.
