[poppler] Changes to 'signatureHandling'

[Albert Astals Cid]

Please test the branch and visit 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16770 to give input, this seems 
like a nice feature and it'd be cool to finally merge it in to master.

Input from distro people on the NSS questions appreciated.
