[poppler] Get "Missing language pack for 'Adobe-GB1' mapping" error even if poppler-data is installed

Hi,

I'm using linux and I have installed poppler-data(v0.4.6). I can see
/usr/share/poppler now but when I run pdftoppm I get "Missing language pack
for 'Adobe-GB1' mapping", is there any reason the binary can't find that
language pack?
