[poppler] Attach a file to a PDF document

Hi.
I already asked on the IRC channel, but I would like to ask here too, 
just for sure.
I need to add an attachment (or an attachment annotation) to a PDF file. 
I tried to use the FileAttachmentAnnotation class but i saw that it has 
a private constructor: how can I use it?

I also tried to use the AnnotFileAttachment class. I was able to add an 
annotation but i don't know how to attach the file itself.

Can anyone send me an example or teach me how to do that?
