[poppler] Poppler 0.60.1 released

Changes against 0.60.0 include:
 qt5:
  * ArthurOutputDev: Add missing 'return' in error paths

 build system:
  * FindLIBOPENJPEG.cmake: Add CheckCXXSourceCompiles


It also includes a commit that should have been part of 0.60.0 but i forgot to 
add it :(
