[poppler] ZapfDingbats cannot be found on Windows

Perhaps poppler could at least provide an API for applications to ship
their own copy of d050000l.pfb? Poppler is one of the few (only?) pdf
readers that does not natively support the pdf base 14 standard fonts
which is a recurring source of problems.
