[poppler] poppler with PDFv1.5 with OCG/layers

You should really calm down, we receive your emails, no need to send it twice 
in 15 minutess, and we see your comments on the bug, no need to keep adding 
more and more.

If the bug is not closed, it's because we think it's probably a bug.

You should never wait for a fix, you may die waiting.

if this is really bugging you, work on a patch or hire someone to fix it for 
you.

Otherwise it may or may not get fixed, people working on poppler do so 
[mostly] on a hobbyist basis, and there's lots of bugs to fix, yes for you 
*your bug* is the most important one, but for me it's just another drop in an 
ocean of bugs.
