[poppler] oss-fuzz

Hey, has you probably have seen poppler was added to oss-fuzz recently, 
https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz

The small problem is that since fuzzying can technically uncover security 
issues the only person the Google people have granted access to see the bugs 
is me.

If anyone wants to help with the triaging/patching answer here and I'll see 
how/if we can get the Google people to add more people with access.
